We are looking for a part-time Ophthalmologist to join our team to deliver excellent care and a range of ophthalmic procedures.

- Current GMC specialist registration in Ophthalmology
- A high level of operative skill in high volume Phakoemulsification under topical anaesthesia, Occuloplastics, Glaucoma, and Wet AMD
- Experience at Consultant level within the UK
- Committed to your own continuing medical education and professional development.

Essential
- Wide training and experience in general ophthalmology
- Able to offer expert clinical opinion on a range of problems within ophthalmology
- Able to take full and independent responsibility for delivering service without direct supervision
- Experience of high volume cataract surgery under topical anaesthesia
- Understanding of Clinical Governance
- Evidence of clinical outcomes
Desirable
- Training in management
- Experience of working in a surgical centre
- Fellowship level training
