The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

The post involves providing specialist psychological assessment and formulation including neuropsychological assessment and using the Newcastle Model with service users and teams. The post holder will lead on the development of collaborative psychological formulations and deliver specialist psychological interventions with service users and families, working as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team. The post holder will provide specialist support to the multidisciplinary team working with service users through supervision, scaffolding and team formulation. The post holder will lead on complex risk assessment and care planning, provision of reflective practice sessions and delivery of specialist training for multidisciplinary colleagues on a range of psychological models and interventions. The post holder will lead on the development and undertaking of service evaluation and innovation, enhancing the quality of care. We are looking for applicants who are highly skilled in working

as part of a team, and independently, with an expert level of research and report writing skills. The post holder will be supported to continue to develop their skills in the required areas of work and provided with appropriate supervision. Please find attached job description for full details.
