As an Assistant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Hub Managers in overseeing the safe and efficient day-to-day operational delivery of our PC24 Primary Care Hub service. You will be the first point of contact for all queries, supporting Hub and Operational Managers in ensuring we deliver high standards of patient care in line with Key Performance Indicators.
