To provide administration support to the diabetes optimisation team conducting diabetes optimisation reviews in the community. To support and assist in co-ordinating the administration duties for the Project Manage the clinic booking process To deal with telephone calls from members of the public, internal/external stakeholders who have contacted the team to book or change appointments and to give advice and support to those enquiring in relation to the diabetes reviews. To arrange and support meetings on behalf of the Diabetes Optimisation team to include the taking and transcribing of notes and action points as required. To copy and circulate documents as required, including paperwork relevant to diabetes assessments ensuring timely distribution. To undertake the co-ordination and processing of procurement requisitions using the

Oracle system. Assist the team in meeting challenging deadlines which will require robust and timely systems of communication. Provide and receive information in an appropriate manner ensuring that all aspects of the Data Protection Act are complied with. Gather and input data necessary to compile reports To assist in the maintenance of the filing system. To assist in the co-ordination of Diabetes Optimisation Reviews. To be responsible for prioritising own work load and to be able to multi task where priorities dictate.
