Location: Liverpool area (part of Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust region).

Responsibilities

  • The day to day running of a medical records team, booking patients for outpatient and inpatient clinics. Health records library functions, along with all general administration duties.
  • Involved in the running of reception duties, registering and documentation of new patients, booking appointments, requesting case notes from the health records library, prepping clinics.
  • Engaging with all members of staff and dealing with enquiries from patients, dental and medical practitioners and members of the public by telephone and in person.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Band 2
  • Permanent
  • 37.5 Hours per week over 5 days
  • Organised, motivated individual who works well within a team and as an individual
