An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Medical Secretary to provide an efficient and confidential secretarial and administrative service to the Child Protection Team at Seymour House. This role will include organisation of meetings and minute taking and being a key point of contact for the Tayside wide Child Protection Team.
This role requires an in depth knowledge of database/spreadsheets as well as gathering and reporting of data which requires high levels of concentration.
We are keen to hear from people who have previous secretarial/administrative experience and possess excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate should have a pleasant and friendly manner be pro-active and able to problem solve when required.
Hours of Work: 20 hours Monday-Friday
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
