A permanent opportunity has arisen for the post of
Maintenance Specialist Electrical
, based at Ninewells, with regular travel and work at other sites within Tayside.
Minimum requirements for the post are a recognised Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, SVQ/NVQs with relevant and demonstrable experience.
The Post Holder will act as a fully trained and certificated Electrical Decontamination Person, to provide Electrical/Disinfection/Sterilisation Services to meet the needs of the Service.
To Install, Repair and Maintain Electrical Decontamination/Equipment within all Properties of the organisation in order that the equipment can carry out its intended purpose safely, and to ensure the smooth operation of the Electrical/Decontamination Systems within the Organisation.
Participation in an on-call rota and the ability to travel between NHS sites are required.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Inductions standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
