The Department of Respiratory Medicine within Ninewells Hospital, Dundee is currently undergoing an exciting service redesign. If you are looking to work within a dynamic, forward-thinking department, this is the job for you.
The successful applicant will be offered a 10 PA (8:2 Direct Clinical Care (DCC): Supporting Professional Activity (SPA) split) post based within Respiratory Medicine, Ninewells Hospital, Dundee.
This post will provide input to a dedicated 30-bed Respiratory Medicine Ward, 6-bed Medical High Dependency Unit, and new Respiratory Receiving Unit. All respiratory sub-specialty clinics are delivered, and all interests are welcome. Specific interests in Lung Cancer and Interstitial Lung Disease are encouraged.
In addition, our department benefits from excellent collaborative working relationships with world-leading Respiratory academics at the University of Dundee.
Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates should possess MRCP.
- Be on the GMC Specialist Register in General Internal Medicine or be within 6 months of the anticipated award of CCT or CESR (CP) at the time of interview for the post.
