An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Associate to join our Commercial team.

To deliver a high‑quality, responsive, and compliant customer service experience by managing product complaints and customer enquiries across the Medical and Surgical portfolio. The role ensures timely containment, accurate communication, and effective resolution in line with NHS Supply Chain KPIs and regulatory standards.

Every day you will …

  • Carry out a range of customer service activities, including handling customer cases and inquiries that are more complex or outside the norm.
  • Follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
  • Respond to basic and advanced customer issues, such as returns, exchanges, and complaints; elevate appropriately.
  • Answer the telephone and assist callers or those making varied inquiries by email or mail with any basic requests for information, directing more complex matters to colleagues, as necessary.
  • Ensure a positive experience for internal clients by having courteous interactions with them.
  • Help manage internal client relationships by supporting others to build effective working relationships.
