We have a great opportunity for a Procurement Assistant within our Medical and Surgical Consumables team.
Every day you will …
- Managing and actioning requests and queries that come in from our customers, customer engagement teams and internal colleagues through the Diagnostics mailbox.
- Facilitating customer complaints for Diagnostics including updating the Navex system and meeting deadlines for containment and investigation of the complaints. Working closely with the patient safety and customer services team and attending monthly meetings.
- Supporting with operational reporting and analysis and other requests that come into the team. There will be the opportunity for the successful candidate to learn Power BI and data analysis tools such as Alteryx.
- The role will also support the Diagnostics Leadership team with various admin requests and responsibilities.
