NHS Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity for a Communications Coordinator to join the Customer Communications Team on a fixed term contract until the end of March 2026.
The role of the Communications Coordinator is to provide dedicated support for administrative tasks including the production of data spreadsheets and information documents, carrying out website updates and ensuring communications messages meet brand guidelines.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to ensure these business-critical communications are accurate and produced to required deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Important Customer Notices (ICN) process and ensure their accurate and timely communication to the market is in line with the guidance outlined.
- Coordinate the production of contract launch communications materials to ensure NHS trusts are aware of the frameworks we offer.
- Format spreadsheets, check standard Word documents and maintain brand compliance.
- Manage the Customer and Supplier Communications inbox and tracker.
- Upload information to a website content management system for publication on our website.
- Provide ad-hoc support to Communications Managers and the Communications Associate on administrative tasks and the production of evaluation and reporting information (eg Monday.com, Google Analytics).
