An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 qualified ENP or Senior Staff Nurse to join the nursing team on Islay, working within our A&E Department and the 6-bedded inpatient ward. The post holder will work across traditional boundaries to provide a seamless, integrated service to patients and their families. The role involves the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care independently and with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based holistic care. The post holder should be innovative and flexible, committed to providing the highest standards of patient care. An experienced Band 5 staff nurse willing to complete an ENP course is eligible to apply. Upon completing the course, they will be appointed to a Band 6 post, undertaking the full role and responsibilities of the Band 6 job description.
