Hospital Hill Surgery, 7 Izatt Avenue, Dunfermline, KY11 3BA

Salary: £23,809

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm, with flexibility to work 8:00am – 4:30pm on a rotational basis once training completed.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional colleague to join our supportive team on a permanent, full-time basis. We are a busy GP Practice with a list size of 8600. We have 5 GP Partners, 2 Advance Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Practice Nurses.

Our multi-disciplinary teams consist of NHS CTAC Nurses (2), Health Care Support Worker, Community District Nurses, Community Pharmacists, First Contact Physiotherapy Practitioner, Midwife, Dermatology Nurse, Dietician, and a team of highly experienced admin staff.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing excellent telephone and face-to-face communication with our patients
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Processing repeat prescriptions
  • Signposting patients to appropriate healthcare services
  • Handling electronic filing and other administrative tasks

This role requires strong computer skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
