Condorrat Medical Practice has an opportunity for a competent, reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our practice team in Glasgow.
Experience of working within a GP practice and the use of Vision and Docman would be desirable, as are strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Core tasks include:
- Reception duties
- Managing appointments
- Guiding patients to appropriate services
- Processing prescription requests
- Scanning and filing
- Managing workflow
- Carrying out a number of other administrative duties
As part of the practice team, you must have the flexibility to work additional hours when required to cover sickness or annual leave.
Salary will be based on experience. The post is for a minimum of 20 hours per week over five days.
