The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for someone to provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals, and others. There are 2 posts available. Happy to discuss hours for the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for patients contacting the Practice and portray the Practice in the highest possible professional basis.
- Ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled.
- Assist the GPs and Practice Nurse team in the delivery of the care and management of the practice population.
- Responsible for administration tasks associated with the running of a busy GP Practice.
- Computer literate, requires a friendly confident manner for dealing with the General Public. Our IT systems are Emis and Docman. Experience of these systems is essential.

- Previous Medical Receptionist experience (essential)
- Previous customer service experience (essential)
