Community Nurse – Band 5
22.2 hours per week
We offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our District Nursing Team as a Community Nurse at Inverurie Health & Social Care Hub. You will work autonomously under the direction and support of the District Nurse, to provide a high standard of care to patients in their own homes.
The successful applicant should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to being part of a multidisciplinary team within the Health and Social Care Partnership. Experience in dealing with a wide variety of health and social care issues and a willingness to undertake further training is desirable.
