We are looking to recruit to our team an experienced administration assistant. You will be required to complete general administration duties in line with the department.
- Experience in administration required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of NHS systems such as Pecos/NCIS systems.
- Ability to work as a team and also on your own.
- Good keyboard/computer skills required.
- Other duties include:
- Printing off menus as required.
- Filing of H&S and other paperwork relating to the department.
- Responding to and booking hospitality requests.
- Answering queries from other departments.
- Calling in or online ordering of stock items as required.
