The predicted salary is between 19500 - 25000 Β£ per year.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Catering Assistant to join our team based at Preston Lodge Leicester City. Β£24,363.82 per annum (Pro rata for part time). Enhanced pay rates for Saturdays and Sundays. 12.25 Hours per week working 10.00 - 13.30. Week 1: Wed, Thurs, Fri; Week 2: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun. Training will be provided. DBS and driving license required.

About the role: The Catering Assistant is responsible for the provision of a food and beverage service in accordance with health and safety requirements, Patient Led Assessments of the Care Environment (PLACE) and NHS Property Services policies and procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Food preparation, cooking, serving and presentation
  • Cleaning of crockery, cutlery and equipment
  • Rotation of stock
  • Maintenance of food hygiene regulations
  • Cash handling

No formal qualification is required as full training will be given.
