Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Receptionist to join our team based at Southampton – Oakley Road.\\n\\nHours of Work- 19 hours per week.\\nMonday-Tuesday 8.30am-4.30pm & Wednesday 8.30am-12.30pm.\\nPay- £12.18 per hour.\\nTraining will be provided\\nDBS check required.About the role:\\n\\nThis role will coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative function in line with policies and procedures, though the provision of supervision and support to the office administrative team.\\nYou will also support the team with the management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries, as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.\\nTo be considered for this role you will have NVQ 3, relevant certification or equivalent experience \\n\\nWhat we can offer you:\\n\\n27 days annual leave + 8 days bank holiday.\\nTraining and development opportunities, providing opportunities for you to develop and progress through our Professional Excellence Framework.\\nSMART Pension contribution into which the company will contribute up to 6%.\\nNHS retail discounts and Cycle to Work Scheme.\\n15 hours (pro-rata) of paid time off to volunteer at a cause of your choice.\\nWe have a great Colleague Assistance Programme and offer support for all areas of life.An organisation with a passion…\\n\\nWe are an organisation with a passion for giving back.
