We are currently recruiting for a Trust Services Partner

37.5 Hours per Week / Monday – Friday On-Site

Location: Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust

£26,000 per annum / plus the opportunity to access a range of rewards and benefits

This is a critical role for the local NHS Trust. The Trust Services Partner provides on-site customer support for ward managers and NHSP bank workers (flexible workers), ensuring all contact with NHSP is quick, simple, and helpful. You will support ward managers and workers by providing expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution for issues that the NHSP National Service Centre cannot assist with. You will manage client relationships by visiting wards to check on ward manager and flexible worker satisfaction and promote NHSP to potential new workers during visits.
