We are currently recruiting for a Trust Services Partner:
Location: Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust with frequent travel across Bracknell/Reading and Wokingham area.
A car owner is essential due to the required travel and locations that are not on a public transport route.
37.5 Hours per Week / Monday – Friday Site based (with some Hybrid Working)
Salary: £26,000 per annum / plus the opportunity to take advantage of a range of our unique Rewards and Benefits.
This is a critical role for the local NHS Trust. The Trust Services Partner provides on-site customer support for the Trust ward managers and NHSP bank workers (flexible workers), ensuring all contact with NHSP is quick, simple, and helpful.
You will be on site providing support to ward managers and workers, delivering expert advice and guidance for prompt query resolution for any enquiry that the NHSP National Service Centre is unable to help with.
You will manage client relationships by visiting wards to check in on ward manager and flexible worker satisfaction and promote NHSP to potential new workers during visits.
