Livewell Southwest are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker who is keen to work with young people within The Learning & Disability Team. You will provide a comprehensive, effective & integrated social work service to young people & their families & carers using services in both a community & inpatient setting., * Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification

Registration with Social Work England as a social worker
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours – Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) (open to part time)
