Lead DevOps

We’re looking for an experienced WFM DevOps Lead to help us deliver a cutting-edge DevOps solution for the Workforce Management (WFM) project. As our WFM DevOps Lead, you\’ll be the key player in defining and implementing Salesforce integration, deployment mechanisms, and release strategies to support our development, testing, and delivery needs. Partnering with Salesforce, suppliers, and our NHSP IT team to deliver and embed robust DevOps practices. Leading the integration of legacy components into our DevOps solution. This role is all about making a real difference by building out solutions that underpin our development, testing, and release plans while fostering collaboration and innovation at every stage. You’ll report directly to the WFM Delivery Lead, with a dotted line to the NHSP IT DevOps Capability Lead.
