Job description Estates Helpdesk Assistant Based at Trafford General Hospital, Manchester M41 5SL Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust Band 4 – £12.86 per hour – Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00 Temporary placement up to 3 months in length. Job Purpose MFT are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Estate Helpdesk Assistant to join their Estates and Facilities team at Trafford General Hospital for up to 3 months. You will play a key role in supporting the WTWA Estates Technical Director, ensuring hospital sites deliver excellent estate maintenance services at the best value and quality. Your focus will be on maintaining a safe and high-quality environment for staff, patients, and visitors across the Wythenshawe, Trafford, Withington, and Altrincham areas. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage work orders for the estate maintenance team across multiple hospital sites and external properties.
