Electronic Patient Records Training Manager (EPR) (NHS role) Band 8a 8 months duration Pay is £30/hr pro rata 25 days per year paid holiday (worth £3.65/hr) NHSP pays for your Employer\'s NI (worth ~ £5.54/hr) >£39.19/hr Hybrid working arrangement circa 50% on site / 50% work from home. Key requirement to be suitable for this role - Previous experience of leading a pre deployment Trust wide EPR training programme You will also be responsible for the development and delivery (you will manage a team of Trainers to assist with delivery) of an IT skills and EPR training strategy to support the implementation of the Trust\'s EPR system. This will be done within the context of national and local policy development and drivers. This will include providing a reliable and cost effective EPR training service that meets the needs of the users and the organisations. You will also be involved in developing the service in line with the strategic direction of the Electronic Patient Record system.
