The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.

Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Psychologist to participate in the provision of Thrive, Maternal Mental Health Service (trauma services for those who have experienced perinatal trauma and loss), to mothers and birthing people with PTSD resulting from their perinatal experience.

Within this role, you will provide trauma-informed assessments and trauma-focussed interventions to mothers and birthing people across West Kent and Medway.

Responsibilities of this job role

If you are successful in your application to this post, some of the responsibilities you will be expected to manage and deliver on are outlined below.

· To undertake high quality direct (assessment and therapeutic) and indirect (consultative, advisory and evaluative) specialist psychology interventions within Thrive taking substantial professional responsibility and exercising autonomous judgement in their professional practice.

· To work as a member of the multidisciplinary team in MDT, liaising closely with the other therapists, mental health midwives and peer support practitioners.

· To work as a member of the Thrive team and liaise with other members for co-ordination and support.

· To seek professional supervision, support and development from the Psychology Professional Network in the Trust and from Regional Psychology Meetings.

· To report to the Clinical Lead for Specialist Psychological Services through regular individual meetings.

In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
