Job Title: Catering Assistant

Location: Royal Berkshire Hospital, London Road, Reading RG1 5AN
Shift Pattern: Monday –Sunday 07:00-20:00
Pay: £12.21, plus enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays

Job Duties
As a Catering Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in our hospital community. Your responsibilities include:
· Collaborating with the catering team to prepare and serve appealing meals.
· Cleaning food trolleys, crockery, and cutlery to maintain hygiene standards.
· General cleaning duties to ensure a spotless and safe kitchen environment.
· Food handling and cash handling
What you’ll need:
We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals with:
· Previous experience in a similar role.
· Level 2 Food Safety certification.
· Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
· Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
