Role type: Temporary for 2 months with possibility of extension
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Receive incoming telephone calls and deal with queries, take messages or direct as appropriate and answer any queries that patients may have and/or direct to the appropriate person
· File patient documentation in the appropriate section of the patient case not
· Maintain and update information held on Le2.2 in a timely manner
· Deal efficiently with requests for case notes from staff and track to the relevant location using Le2.2 IT system and maintain filing order within medical record shelves
· Pull or create notes for clinics. Ensure all related documentation, results and reports are filed
This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.
You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You’ll have the following skills/experience:
· Administration experience
· NHS experience is highly desirable
· Knowledge of LE2.2 IT system (highly desirable)
· Enthusiastic, confident approach to change, calm and reliable under pressure
