Job Title: Administrator Location: Raglan House, 23 Between Towns Road, Oxford OX4 3LX Hours: 30 hours per week – Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 5.00pm Trust Location: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of extension What you’ll be responsible for: · Reporting to the Office Manager you will work with the Administration Team providing support for the Community CAMHS teams. This is a role which will require the post holder to work flexibly · Be a focal point of contact for all users of the building and to liaise appropriate with the security, estates, facilities and external contractors when required and maintain visitors log · Accurately format patient reports and letters and distribute to addressees and copies complete as required. Upload all information to patient healthcare records database · Respond appropriately to external telephone queries from patients, families and professionals. · Arrange appointments for patients as requested, sending confirmation texts, letters or MS Teams appointment links from CAMHS Bookings Calendar. Update patient healthcare records database with appointment(s). · Provide diary management for team members and book clinic rooms as required This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience. You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust: 1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS 2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times 3.
