Drs Hogan, Allen & Quinn are a busy, friendly 3 GP Partner general practice based in Greenock Health & Care Centre. We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Receptionist to join our experienced reception team.
The post is for 15 hours per week, working on a Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 1pm to 6pm each day. The successful applicant however, would need to be flexible to cover holidays and sick leave.
This role requires excellent communication and listening skills. A good knowledge of IT would be desirable however, training of our IT systems would be provided.
The main duties of this role will be to navigate patients to the correct health care provider, deal with patients on the phone and face to face, scan and workflow clinical mail and process repeat prescriptions.
The successful applicant should be able to prioritise their workload whilst working in a busy environment and be able to work as part of a team.
