Due to upcoming retiral, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Practice Nurse or Trainee Practice Nurse to join our team. Flexible start date. Hours and pay negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience. The role will include chronic disease management in asthma, COPD, diabetes, vascular disease, contraception and health promotion.
