An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious individual who must have primary care experience , willing to join an expanding medical group who are running a number of practices across different health boards in Scotland. Looking for someone who is willing to cover the Ayrshire/Glasgow area.
Looking for an individual with primary care experience, MUST HAVE PRACTICE MANAGEMENT experience who has experience of management of staff to be the point of contact for this medical group and willing to travel to different GP sites and implement processes/protocols supported by a wider management team.
Key duties:

Management of staff across different sites

Helping to implement protocols and standardising these across all sites

Performing 1:1s and appraisals with staff

Working with health boards to produce reports and dealing with queries

Travelling to different sites

Recruitment of staff/interviewing / contractual discussions

HR queries from staff

Reviewing rotas and arranging any clinical cover for short-staffed days

Managing the team of practice managers based in the practices
