A full-time, fixed term/secondment (until May 2026) position has arisen within the Medical Division secretary team based at Raigmore Hospital for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who will deliver a quality secretarial service. You should have proven experience as a Secretary, the ability to work accurately under pressure, have attention to detail and work co-operatively within a team.

You will provide comprehensive secretary support to Consultants and Clinical teams across the division as required by service needs.

Medical terminology and a high degree of typing speed and accuracy are required together with excellent organisational skills and flexibility in approach to work.
The core hours of the service are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, the hours for this post are worked over 5 days. This post is offered as hybrid working but with the majority of the hours worked in Raigmore Hospital. This post is not offered as solely home working due to the needs of the service.
