ROLE: Provide progressive Estates maintenance management to all properties within the Facilities Directorate for NHS Lothian ensuring the Directly Employed Labour Organisation and measured term and specialist contractors are utilised effectively and efficiently within financial limits and comply with statutory and service requirements.
