Bank Support Worker, Paediatric Complex Care

Provide personal support to a child with high level needs. Work to build a positive, professional relationship with the family Support medication administration and provide accurate documentation Observe, record, and escalate changes in condition following care plans Assist with nutrition, and other essential care needs Communicate effectively with family, Airmid Team and social care teams as required Maintain accurate records using our electronic care record system Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures Essential Requirements: Right to work and live in the UK (UK Citizen or Indefinite Leave to Remain) Basic Life Support & Moving and Handling (practical) Able to evidence a clean DBS Provide satisfactory professional references
