Responsibilities
- Be part of a multidisciplinary team working with patients in their own homes to provide holistic care.
- Assist with enabling people to maintain their independence at home and supporting people after they have left hospital.
- Be flexible and able to use own initiative while providing high standards of patient care in support of the team to ensure delivery of a high quality service to the local community.
Requirements
- A driving licence is essential for this post and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes.
- This is a permanent part-time post of 22.7 hours working 7.00am to 2.00pm, 4 days on 4 days off or in line with service requirements.
- NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
