Look no further, NHSH Paediatric Complex Care Team are looking for a flexible, caring, enthusiastic Healthcare support workers to join us.

A full comprehensive programme of training and support will be provided with continually professional development throughout your career with us.

We wish to enhance our current team to enable children with various exceptional needs to be cared for in their own home or educational setting. This post is comprised of days and nights 365 days a year, within the family home and the post holder would be expected to be flexible in their working hours.

This is a very rewarding post to enable these children/families to be able to access education, allow parents to have a restful sleep overnight knowing their child is being cared for to a high standard. The post holder will be joining a team to support the children within the service. The post holder will accompany the child and/or family during school/nursery, hospital appointments/admissions, outings and respite etc during their shift.

Experience of working with Children and/or community care experience is essential to this role.

Children at present live within various locations throughout NHS Highland and travel is an essential part of the role however travel will be limited to within 60miles from base. We are particularly interested in recruiting into the Raigmore and Fort William base.

You must have a full driving license and have access to your own car for business use.

Full and part-time hours are available. Permanent and fixed term/secondment contracts available.
