Are you a caring, confident, and motivated support worker ready to take the next step in your career? We’re on the lookout for a Lead Health & Social Care Support Worker to join our fantastic Care at Home team in South Skye & Lochalsh. In this role, you’ll be helping to lead and support a team of Senior Health & Social Care Support Workers, working closely with our Care at Home Officers and wider integrated health and social care team. It's all about making sure people receive the person‑centred, high‑quality care they deserve in their own homes and helping staff deliver just that.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting and mentoring other staff
  • Carrying out service user reviews and updating support plans
  • Working closely with health & social care professionals
  • Helping to solve problems and make care the best it can be
  • Ensuring all the right policies and standards are followed

What We’re Looking For

  • SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (and ready to start SVQ4 modules)
  • Experience in care and supervising staff
  • A team player with great communication and leadership skills
  • IT confident (emails, reports, and Teams calls are part of the day)
  • A full UK driving licence (you’ll be out and about)
