Based at Mid Argyll Hospital, Lochgilphead, you will be required to prepare, cook and serve a wide range of dishes, including therapeutic diets, for patients, staff, visitors and hospitality. Organise the work rotas and supervise the Catering Assistants in all aspects of the delivery of the Catering service. You will ensure safe working practices are followed in accordance with Health & Safety and COSHH. Follow departmental guidelines in respect of HACCP system. Undertake all training on development within the Catering Team. Work is determined by the daily service requirements of the service. A City & Guilds 706/1 or SVQ 3 or equivalent would be essential for this role.
