This is a fixed-term, full-time position until 28/02/2026, with a shift pattern from 9 am to 5 pm. The post holder will lead and participate in health needs assessments for children and young people known to Specialist Children’s Services, including children with exceptional health care needs or neuro disability and developmental delays.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Clinical Nurse Specialist in managing nursing resources

The role involves supporting the Neurodevelopmental Team Lead and working with a multi-professional team to support children with neurodevelopmental differences and their families. The post holder will act as an autonomous practitioner, leading the SCS Disability and CCN team to deliver quality services. The clinical expert will be accountable for case management and assessments within their caseload.
