The Transformation Team currently have a vacancy for a Programme Manager to manage a programme of transformation projects. The dynamic team support a wide variety of projects and programmes of work with this vacancy specifically around Medical Agency Locum Use and Resident Doctors Rota Banding. Applicants should have an interest in medical workforce planning, staff wellbeing and sustainable service delivery along with experience in programme management.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Transformation and will play a key role in ensuring successfully delivery of the local priorities around locums and rota banding. The post holder will have experience of leading on the delivery of complex programmes or projects and a demonstrable track record of delivering these successfully.
