Equipment Commissioning Manager Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Baird and ANCHOR Project Office, Rosehill Annexe Band: 7 Contract: Fixed term 15 months (Extensions may be required depending on project delivery). Secondment from existing post would be accepted. Reduced hours of 30 per week would be considered under certain criteria; please call the hiring manager to discuss. The postholder will work on the Baird and ANCHOR Project until 2026. The Baird Family Hospital and ANCHOR Centre Project will provide two new facilities: The Baird will include maternity, neonatal, reproductive, breast, gynaecology, theatre services, and MRI Suite. The ANCHOR will support oncology and haematology ambulatory services, including an Aseptic Pharmacy Suite. The buildings will be delivered by NHS Grampian in partnership with GRAHAM Construction. What is the job? This is an exciting and challenging role which involves managing and advising upon the equipment procurement budget of £17 million. You will work closely with stakeholders (clinical, technical, and managerial) to ensure effective planning, coordination, and implementation of the equipment commissioning for both facilities.
