Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic rehabilitation support worker to join our primary care team within the health centre at HMP Glenochil, NHS Forth Valley.

This role involves delivering healthcare support to a diverse population with physical, psychological, substance misuse, and social issues. The Rehabilitation Support Worker will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement individualized rehabilitation programs within the prison environment, under the supervision of qualified staff. Responsibilities include assisting nursing staff, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech & language therapists with delegated tasks.
