Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Secretary to provide an efficient, effective and quality clerical/secretarial support service to the Community Mental Health Team for Older Adults.
It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, and are able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as to work as part of a team. You should have experience of electronic systems and be able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within agreed timescales. You will have previous experience in a similar post within a healthcare setting – including fast accurate audio typing (digital dictation), IT skills, a knowledge of medical terminology/clinic management and HNC(or equivalent relevant experience).
