An opportunity has arisen within the Health Record Services for an enthusiastic Health Records Assistant who would like to further develop their skills and has previous Health Records experience. The successful candidate will assist the team in providing a comprehensive records service to NHS Forth Valley patients and staff.

Working in this busy department requires very good organisational skills and flexibility in the approach to work is also essential. The Legal Administration Team work to strict deadlines, their main role being collation and extraction of relevant patient data in response to various forms of Subject Access requests. Ideally, the successful candidate will have an understanding of the Subject Access process and experience of working with both physical and electronic medical records.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
