We are seeking reliable, experienced, and dependable nurses to join our Staff Bank Service, which provides supplementary staffing to cover periods of staffing shortfalls supporting Complex Care Services across NHS Forth Valley. Work is allocated on an “as and when required” basis with various shift patterns to suit flexible working.
We are also looking for motivated Nursing Assistants to join our dynamic Children’s Complex Care Team.
You will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex healthcare needs in their homes and community settings. You will work closely with families and carers, delivering personalized, holistic care that promotes safety and quality of life.
Applicants should have experience or an interest in working in this setting. Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and a compassionate, patient/family-centered approach to care are essential.
A full UK driving license is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing clinical interventions such as enteral feeding, tracheostomy care, and non-invasive ventilation (training will be provided if needed).
- Contributing to care planning, risk assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Working flexibly across community and home-based settings.
