We require an enthusiastic, professional and reliable person to join our busy office administration team. The position is for 22.5 hours (permanent contract) over 3 days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. You must project a positive and friendly image to both colleagues and patients.
The role involves a wide range of administrative and IT duties and requires excellent communication and organisational skills. You should demonstrate competence in the following areas:
- Ability to work in a high pressured environment

- Mature and positive attitude to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Being able to follow processes, procedures and respect confidentiality at all times
Experience of working in general practice is not essential as full training will be given.
