As part of the Financial Operations team, you will provide key support in delivering the team\’s objectives. Your responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer service and supporting the provision of financial and reporting services for the department and stakeholders. Job Description
Accountabilities include:
- Supporting Senior and Finance Officers in core accounting activities using the finance system and reporting tools
- Performing reconciliations and ensuring accurate recording of income and expenditure
- Producing invoices and credit notes accurately and timely
- Maintaining customer account details and ensuring audit trails
- Driving continuous improvement through IT and reporting capabilities
- Reviewing and developing procedures for efficiency and compliance
- Resolving complex enquiries and assisting team members
- Liaising with auditors on account queries
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers
- Participating in projects and service development
