Job Description
In this role, you are accountable for:
- Carrying out casework according to governance frameworks, policies, and procedures, maintaining accurate records.
- Managing your workload to ensure effective outputs.
- Interpreting data from records and stakeholders.
- Identifying contractors or activities for review exercises.
- Managing review exercises and recovery of overpayments.
- Understanding regulations and analyzing data for evidence-based decisions, escalating risks as needed.
- Producing reports with recommendations for action.
- Liaising with stakeholders to discuss cases.
- Communicating effectively via writing and phone, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting information promptly.
- Discussing report content with contractors and NHS staff, managing confrontational situations professionally.
- Contributing to workload planning.
- Participating in quality assurance activities and casework reviews.
- Developing and owning objectives aligned with service goals.
- Monitoring and evaluating performance with feedback.
