Overview
Donor Feedback Advisor role at NHS Blood and Transplant.
What you will do
- Provide administrative support to the Donor Feedback team managing complaints, compliments and concerns and enquiries from donors and the public.
- Log cases, respond or route to the relevant team as appropriate.
- Accurately record and categorise donor and public feedback and assign to the most suitable responder.
- Maintain confidentiality of information concerning donors, customers and staff.
- Prepare electronic and hard-copy responses to donor and public feedback according to quality standards.
- Adhere to NHS complaints handling regulations and NHS Complaint Standards, including acknowledgement of letters and provision of full responses by letter or email.
You will be required to work irregular hours and to travel, including overnight stays when required with appropriate notice.
About You
Experience and Knowledge
- Awareness of data protection and freedom of information regulations.
- Experience in an office environment and working as part of a team.
- Experience using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
Qualifications and Training
- GCSE (A*βC) or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
- RSA II or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrates commitment to ongoing professional development (CPD).
